Property Policies
Reservation Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older to register.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra persons: $10 per night per person over the age of 10.
- All reservations require at least a one night deposit. Balance is due at check-in.
- Minimum night stay may be required for Holidays and Special Events. Prices may vary.
- Extra charge may apply for Friday and Saturday nights. Please call for rate.
- All prices are subject to state and local tax.
- Prices subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards accepted. No personal checks except for deposit made at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellations / Refunds
- A One Night Fee is charged for a cancellation made within the 3 day period.
- A $25.00 Service Fee is charged for a cancellation, 3 days or more prior to arrival. Holiday Weekends and Special Events are not refundable.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Late afternoon check-out extensions may be possible for a fee. Extended check-out times are arranged with the front desk on day of departure.
All Rooms are NON-SMOKING
- Smoking is allowed outside on patios and common areas.
- $50.00 cleaning fee charged upon check-out if non-smoking policy is violated.
Parking
- Maximum of one parking spot per unit is included in room rate. Additional parking will be an extra charge.
Sorry, No Pets Permitted
- A $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged at check-out if no pet policy is violated.
Any illicit or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.
